Student Fees Policy

Student Fees

  1. The School Board shall annually review and update the student fee schedule including information required by Act 240 of 2019 including:

    A. Descriptions of each student fee being charged.
    B. The dollar amount of each student fee.
    C. How each student fee will be collected and used.

  2. Provisions shall be made for bonafide financial hardship cases. Failure to pay any required fee shall not result in the withholding of a student's educational record, in accordance with R.S. 17:112.

  3. The required information shall be located in Procedure 3.28R - Student Fees, and linked on the School Board's website, on each school's website, and located in each school's student handbook.
