Online Back-to-School Forms

Back-to-school forms are available to complete online through the PowerSchool parent portal. This process provides parents/guardians with a more efficient, time-saving method of completing paperwork. The parent portal also allows parents/guardians to monitor school assignments, grades, attendance, and more throughout the school year. 

If you have not yet created a parent portal account or you need to add a child to your current account, please contact the school as soon as possible to receive a letter containing important information regarding how to set up your account.

After logging in to the parent portal, there will be a “Back-to-School Paperwork” link in the bottom left section of the screen. Click this link to complete your annual paperwork.
