Arts Enrichment at the Lafon
The Lafon Arts Center is a community-supported arts education hub where SCPPS students develop their creative potential through world-class instruction, professional mentorship, and specialized Satellite Center programs in disciplines such as Dance, Interactive Media, and Technical Theatre.
Beyond the classroom, the Lafon Arts Center hosts more than 130 performances, events, and programs annually, bringing artists from around the corner and around the globe to St. Charles Parish while expanding access to the arts for students, families, and the community.
2026-2027 ARTSPERIENCES
Each year, 7,000+ SCPPS students engage with live professional performance through the Artsperience Series at the Lafon Arts Center, where Pre-K–8 students connect classroom learning to world-class artists through performances and workshops.

RUSH TICKETS
Rush tickets at the Lafon Arts Center make select performances more accessible to the community and students. Community Rush offers 100 rear-orchestra seats ($15–$20), and Student Rush provides 50 discounted tickets ($10–$15), both available in person at the Box Office one hour before showtime.
