Registration Information

The Before and After School Child Care Program is pleased to announce the online google form application for the 2026-2027 school year will be accepting submissions for phase one families starting March 30, 2026 at 8 a.m. and will close on April 16, 2026 at 4 p.m.  Phase one application submissions include SCPPS employees and currently enrolled BASCC families for students entering grades PK4 through 5th ONLY. The specific application link for phase one registration will be emailed to phase one returning families posted below. The payment deadline for phase one families is April 27, 2026.

Phase two will include all SCPPS families and will open on May 4, 2026 at 8 a.m. and close on May 14, 2026 at 4 p.m. Families will be sent a district wide informational email with the link to the online Google Form application for submission. During phase two there will also be a flyer for schools with the specific link to the application and posted to the St. Charles Parish School Board website. This specific link will be posted for the phase two submission timeline below. The payment deadline for Phase two families is May 26, 2026.

BASCC Program Service Packages are attached for reference. Due to operational limitations, registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Contact the coordinator at the BASCC site during BASCC hours (6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. AND 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.) or email BASCC@wearescpps.org with questions.

Application process:

1.       Complete and submit the Google Form Application

2.       Receive confirmation email from BASCC of submission and payment instructions

3.       Submit payment to BASCC Sites or Central Office by payment submission deadline

4.       Receive confirmation email from BASCC of payment and admission to BASCC program
