2024-2025 BASCC Enrollment Process:
The Before and After School Child Care Program is pleased to announce that online Google Form applications for the 2024-2025 school year will be accepting submissions in April(Phase One) and May (Phase Two).
The enrollment application process for BASCC will progress in 2 phases.
Phase one will open for currently enrolled BASCC families and employees only on April 8 at 8 am and close on April 18 at 4pm. Phase one application submissions include SCPPS employees and currently enrolled BASCC families for students entering grades PK4 through 5th ONLY. Families will be sent instructional emails with the link to the online Google Form application for submission.
Phase two will include all SCPPS families and will open on May 6 at 8 am and close on May 16 at 4pm. Families will be sent a district wide informational email with the link to the online Google Form application for submission. During phase two there will also be a flyer for schools with the link to the online application and posted to the St. Charles Parish School Board website.
All families wanting to use the program will need to submit an online application for the 2024-2025 school year, regardless of if your child/children have been previously enrolled.
BASCC Program Service Packages are attached for reference. Due to operational limitations, registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Contact the coordinator at the BASCC site during BASCC hours (6:00 a.m. until bell time or dismissal time until 6:00 p.m.) or email BASCC@wearescpps.org with questions.
