My name is Karen Pethe and I am thrilled to be a part of the Ethel Schoeffner family!  As a school counselor, I work with students independently and in group or classroom settings to provide personal, social and career education.  Topics covered may include conflict resolution, problem-solving skills, time management, emotions, anxiety, anger management, and managing friendships.  During the course of this school year, I will be providing counseling services through daily Morning Meeting sessions.  I will also provide whole group instruction during enrichment for 3rd grade during 1st Quarter, 4th grade during 2nd Quarter, and 5th grade during 3rd Quarter.
