Welcome To Special Education

The Special Education Department of St. Charles Parish Public Schools is dedicated to supporting students with exceptionalities and their families through a continuum of specialized services and programs.  The department ensures that eligible students ages 3 through 21 receive a free appropriate public education (FAPE) tailored to their individual needs.  Through collaboration with families, educators, and community partners, the department strives to promote meaningful learning opportunities and positive outcomes for every child.
