Welcome To Special Education

The Special Education Department of St. Charles Parish Public Schools provides services for children, parents and educators in areas associated with persons with special needs. This department is responsible for the assurance of a free appropriate public education to all students with exceptionalities, ages 3 through 21 years, and provides programs for the identification and support of children in the birth to 3 year old population who meet eligibility.
