All notes must be given in writing; brought in with the student, faxed to 985-331-9385 or e-mailed to msmith7@stcharles.kl2.la.us before 2:30pm each day. All notes should be on a full sheet of paper, written with a dark color ink and include your child's full name and dates of the changes with clear instructions and your signature. All notes must be received in the office within 3 days of the absence—-No exceptions. Please contact the office if you have any questions or concerns (985) 331-1018. If you e-mail a dismissal change, please expect a confirmation by e-mail.

RKS Spirit shirts, sweatshirts are available for preorder or check front office where there is a limited supply to choose from. Students are allowed to wear spirit wear daily with their uniform bottoms.

All students are required to have an ID on at all times. If an ID is lost or stolen, student can purchase another ID for $5, a temporary ID for $1, or the student will serve a lunch detention. Students defacing their ID with permanent marker, stickers, etc. will be required to purchase a new ID at a cost of $5.
