Online School Payments - Summer Information

As we close out the 2025-2026 school year, PowerSchool fees will be converted at the beginning of July into “Start of Year” balances for the next school year. Therefore, the Online School Payments website's ability to pay for items relating to PowerSchool fees will be disabled from Wednesday, July 1st, through Sunday, July 5th, 2026.

Activity-related items, such as spirit wear, camps, or other events, will be unaffected if they are available. If you have any current PowerSchool fees outstanding from the 2025-2026 school year, the final date for payment through the Online School Payments website will be Friday, June 19th, 2026

You may access the online fee payment system at http://osp.osmsinc.com/stcharlesparish/ or on your school’s webpage under “For Families" and then "Student Fees" and then "Online Fee Payments.” Please visit the FAQ there if you have website-specific questions.

Please contact your school's bookkeeper if you have any questions about the transition process.
